Good article in today’s Life section of the Globe and Mail on how Canada has the weakest anti-spam laws in the G8. It took us a long time to get a do-not-call registry forĀ telemarkers, which was wildly successful when launched in September; why can’t we do the same with spammers, who are not just annoying, but often criminals looking for identity theft.
